During the warranty period, according to the warranty policy we cover all costs for damaged or missing parts free of charge through DHL.
EEEB MOTOR SPORTS WARRANTY POLICY
EEEB MOTOR SPORTS provides spare parts under warranty for normal wear and tear for all motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, using a 'P', 'D', and 'W' system.
Warranty period:
1) 24 months of the date sales to the customers.
2) Or 20000 Km.
3) Whichever comes first.
'P', 'D', and 'W' parts system:
1)'P' parts: Purchasing parts. The distributors buy and stock the sufficient amount for servicing after warranty period.
2)'W' parts: Warranty Parts. 3% of order amount, we provide it free for warranty during the warranty period.
3)'D' parts: Damaged parts. We provide it free during the warranty period.
A) Poor packing and any damaged caused while shipping.
B) Major unit problem, engine or frame has un-repairable problem.
C) Universal problem (manufacturing defect), similar problem with more than 10% of a shipment..
D) All 'D' sparts need a Claim Report, pictures, engine No., frame No., and the selling date supporting the claims. |
